How accurate is systemreqlab?

I just got a new laptop, and it's saying that I can run games that I just don't think I can.

For example, it says I can run ARK. My specs are:

Nvidia NVS 5200M graphics card

Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3340M CPU @ 2.70GHz

And 8 GB RAM

But I bought this laptop for $320, I shouldn't be able to run these newer games should I?
