Package en route to wrong country.

I recently ordered a package to my home in South Korea from the United States. That was three weeks ago. After checking my tracking it has not been updated since December 24th when it departed Switzerland for its final destination of SOUTH AFRICA.

There has clearly been an error and I have filed a missing package claim.

What can be done to rectify this or ascertain the package location?
