Got offer for a phd position, what to look out for?

I recently got an offer for a full time position as PhD researcher in the area of pervasive computing . I am not even graduated yet and thus still have some months to decide .

So my question to you: what to look out for ? What did you regret while doing your PhD / not doing it ? What do you love in research or versa, in industry ?
