Does Auriel's Blinding Flash talent last too long?

I know that they are different talent tiers and all that, but it kind of feels a bit strange that Auriel takes one talent, has an aimable three-second blind, and Li Li has to take a talent to turn her blind into a nearest-enemy hero 3 second blind.

I get that they are different heroes, with different kits, but there is also the fact that that talent(and Converging Force otherwise) are rather dominant at that tier, so an adjustment to the talent certainly doesn't seem like it would be unwarranted.
