Heeeelp! Need a sales managers book that covers the creation of a sales approach.

I am a sales rep working at a small SaaS company (who shall remain nameless) that has no documented sales process nor proper sales collateral/procedure/pitch documentation. I haven't had a sales manager in over a year (director only and that isn't a substitute) so I am in a position where i need to effectively act as my own sales manager and build a value proposition, pitch, process and then identify the corresponding KPI's. Basically rebuilding from the ground up.

The benefit is I can probably walk into the sales manager roll pretty easily and if not, I have the experience to take to next company.

Can anyone advise a good sales management book that starts at identifying your value proposition, buyer persona's, constructing a pitch and implementing the whole?

Hopefully not a dry textbook but beggars can't be choosers.

Thank you!
