How long do you give a niche?

I'm new at drop shipping, and I chose watches for my niche. So I've been at it for 2.5 weeks, I've had 400 unique visitors, 7 items added to the cart but no sales. How much time and money do you guys put into a niche before deciding to move on to something else?
