Best cheap laptop to play Elder Scrolls

I travel a lot for work, sitting in hotel rooms for a month straight. My partner loves playing Elder Scrolls and I'd like to start playing with them while I'm away so that we can stay better connected. A month is along time and there is only so much talking you can do via Skype. I already have a PC at home but am looking for a cheap laptop that I can buy to use to play Elder Scrolls while I'm gone on work trips. I don't want to spend a lot because I'm only going to use it for gaming 2-3 months a year. I read that 8 GB RAM is a must but am not sure what is needed for graphics. Is this ASUS laptop suitable or do I need to look for something higher in cost? I don't want to spend more than $600.

UPDATE: I want to thank everyone on here for all of the advice and for providing the specs to look for. I looked at a lot of what Acer, Lenovo, and Asus were offering. I was just about to go with the Acer Aspire that u/RealJoe93 suggested but then I saw that the Asus that u/DumDum300 recommended was back in stock. For only $70 more, I ended up going with the Asus. Thanks again for taking the time to help me find an affordable laptop that I can play ESO on!
