Monta Ellis without minutes cap going forward

My take:
Everyone knows that Monta Ellis can produce if given the minutes. He's had a pretty rough start to the year and just doesn't seem to be a great fit next to Teague and PG13, and he has been dropped in many leagues.
Going forward, I expect him to get 20-30 minutes going forward after being brought back slowly from his groin injury. As Tobias Harris, Lou Williams and Elfrid Payton* have shown, coming off the bench can actually do wonders for a players fantasy value.
If my prediction is correct, I see Ellis being a spark off the bench, for something close to 12/3/3/1/1, with good %s. That translates to low end 12 team value.
I'm not telling anyone to grab him right away, it just might be a situation worth keeping an eye on.
EDIT: This is why I said don't pick him up yet, just watch him. Almost invisible vs Brooklyn today
