Why does kumar have the following FOR mse 2001:

Cap: 104 Act: 96 Rem: 1 WL Cap: 50 WL Act: 7 WL Rem: 43

Shouldn't the Remaining number be 8? I want to sign up with him, but I am afraid that I will be left out of the course.
