Coinbase Buy Disabled

Hi, I joined Coinbase after Circle closed about 15 days ago or more. I sent Coinbase an email asking for my buys to be activated. I proceeded to wait a few days, the holidays came and now I havent been responded to in days.

I received an email apologizing for the delay in response(12/26/16) and was told to reply with the issue if It still wasnt fixed. I sent a reply the same day. I haven't received an email from a human since then.

I tried re-emailing the support team but no to avail. I feel slightly disrespected as a user and would like to have my account activated or even receive a human response.
