heres my top ten favourites!!!

1. Noctis' Theme - the lighter and good use of harmonisations really reflects on his humanity , courage and tragedy. it is absolutely beautiful, in a heart wrenching way.

2. Chocobo Theme - Hands down my favourite rendition so far in the series, next to Jazz de Chocobo. it's a fun, entertaining song with so many exiting nuances that really helps depict what it feels like to ride a chocobo - fun, exciting and adventurous.

3. Wanderlust - Everytime this song comes on during a change of atmosphere in the game... man, i gotta say it MAKES exploring wonderful. You can really feel that moment of wanderlust and getting lost in the world. the sudden upbeat change midway into the second part... is surprising and exciting.

4. Somnus Instrumental - Goddamn probably my new favorite piano piece.Simple, elegant but totally moving.

5. Luna's Theme - Stop making me emotional , please. i can't take this anymore... seriously a wonderful, emotional and heartbreakingly beautiful piece that really effortlessly, communicates the tragedy of her journey.

6. Love Lost - Wow... this really hits home and effectively communicates the feeling of Noctis' grief and lost. The piece feels like it easily encompasses many memories.

7. Homecoming - Beautifully subtle & gentleness, with slight melancholia. The final closing part changes the mood to inspire courage to the listener.

8. APOCALYPSIS NOCTIS - what can i say?! EPIC. EPIC OF ALL EPIC-NESS. the struggle of the crescendo, the vocal accompaniment. Absolutely a rollercoaster of emotion and strength. really hits hard with inspiring determination and courage. Each instrumental performance in this is absolutely awe-inspiring. The arrangement is insane!

9. NOX DIVINA - you know it's about to go down when this song comes on. the slow build-up to a crescendo, the high and low nuances... cleverly arranged to build suspense and epic battle. truly fitting of the Astrals

10. Dawn & Somnus Ultima - An inspiring piece with a beautiful build up, chock full of suspense, emotion, courage and determination. Truly, a fitting piece to end Noctis' journey

I think we owe Shimomura a very big applause and thank you for such an inspiring OST. It's been such a long journey for all the dev team included... by far i have to say, the music is one of my most favourite things in this game.
