Games that can rotate players?

We're doing an office party and I need recommendations for games like Jenga, Codenames and Set where people can walk in and then wander off without spoiling the game for the people who are actually invested in playing.

I don't plan to buy if I can borrow, but I could only think of these 3 games in my hoard and need a starting place for raiding my friends' collections.
