I'm struggling to find a job in Ottawa - little experience (Software Developer/Engineer)

I'm looking for a job within Ottawa and don't have any professional work experience. I'm located in the Ottawa South region and do not have a vehicle.

I've been looking for a job for some months now (Software Developer/Engineer) and have been having issues getting one. Due to some circumstances, I graduated from university with a Software Engineering degree about two and a half years ago but didn't start job searching within the field until a couple months ago. I speak 4 languages but I'm only particularly fluent in English and Spanish.

I've been searching for entry level software developer/engineer jobs using indeed/monster/glassdoor/linkedin/workopolis, but am struggling to get anything. I've had a couple interviews but no luck so far.

Does anybody have any recommendations/suggestions on where else to look / what to do? Or any possible other jobs that I might be able to get right now with my degree in Ottawa? Any advice would be great and is much appreciated.
