Question about Lurkers on new Stream

Whats up beautiful people. My channel is relatively new and wanted to get peoples opinions on giving a shout out in th stream to lurkers ir new people joining the stream prior to them getting engaged in chat. Since the viewership ia low for now it's easybto see who is new on the viewer list and sometimes the ahoutout gets them engaged (which is the goal) and sometimes it doesn't. What are your thoughts?
