Is the RW Beckman in black cherry okay to wear for work?

I got RW Beckman in black cherry over the holidays, awesome shoes, and I was wondering if I can wear them to work. HR says dress code is business casual so I am considering it, but not sure if it's okay to pair with a suit. I wear a suit everyday without the tie with dress shoes. What is your opinion? Thanks fam
