How does the party choose its candidates?

How are our candidates for office choses? Do we select the candidates solely by dick sucking ability? If we do that, I fear that we will have only pornstars as our candidates. Whether they are able to put forth policy supported by DSD members is questionable. Therefore, I propose a two-part test for candidacy: the first part is, of course, a dick sucking competition. Then, there will be a test of the knowledge of the DSD policies. Those who receive the highest combined scorer will be granted candidacy for our party.

Are there any alternative ideas, fellow DickSuckers?
