Dry Riesling: Trimbach or FX Pichler?

Trimbach Cuvée Frederic Emile 2009

Vs

FX Pichler Oberhauser Smaragd 2013

(Allow me for a small brag...) I won my fantasy football league and wanted to treat my wife for putting up with me checking my phone every 10 minutes over many Sundays. I booked a nice sushi dinner (BYO) and wanted to take this opportunity to try a nice dry Riesling to pair. I narrowed it down to these two wines based on some research, but can't decide which one.

Any recommendation? Or should I just splurge and buy both 'cause life is too short? Or forget these and try something else? Buy it but don't pair with sushi?

Thanks in advance!!
