Why is Nick Senzel not treated as a potential top 10 prospect?

I read a lot about how guys like Bellinger, Eloy, Torres all ahead of him by a significant margin. I read about him being behind even Ian Happ or Willie Calhoun. To me looking at him I see a top 10 guy and much higher than similarly ranked Derek Fisher or Isan Diaz.

Im having trouble understanding why people/experts/anyone else are low on Senzel. I see his profile, stats, phyiscal tools, etc... and I see someone who looks eerily similar to Andrew Benintendi. Similar hit tool, power, speed, obp skills. I can see both being 300-20-20-90-90 players for 10+ years. Why the hate?
