[TOMT][movie] A werewolf movie from the 80's or 90's that I remember seeing on tv when I was younger, maybe in the early 00's.

I remember a few specific scenes from this movie and just can't find any movies that match what I remember. In one scene, a woman is in the bathroom and is either looking out the window or into the mirror and the werewolf breaks through the mirror or the window and kills the woman, maybe even pulling her through to the outside. Another scene has a group of kids in the woods riding bikes on a trail and the werewolf drops out of the trees onto a straggler. Another scene has the protagonists, a young man and woman, trapped in a house with the werewolf and it gets locked in a closet. I remember the end of the movie takes place at a house in the woods that is burning down, or something is on fire. I know there is fire. And the protagonists finally overcome the werewolf and shoot it, I remember the camera being focused on the snout of the werewolf which draws back in a snarl before being shot. The movie could also feature a prominent black actor as a cop or government agent of some sort. I was scared of mirrors, or rather getting pulled through them by a werewolf, for awhile after watching this movie and now I have no idea what it is and it's been bugging me for years. Any help is much appreciated!
