We need a better squad maker

The character selection is weak for squad maker. We need the ability to filter. If you replaced the leader window with a drop down menu, you could make a small button near the character list that opens up a window to display the entire leader text. Also, it would be nice if there was an option to auto fill your squad after selecting a leader. Lastly, the option to save squads and name them would be excellent.
