Urine culture vs. microscope

Thanks for reading first off. I'm a 37yr old male suffering from Prostatitis for 9 months. Have been tested for chla/gonn and both are negative. My prostate is enlarged daily. Visited a urologist as well. No answers. All of the docs I've visited looked at my urine under their scope. Blood cells present but not enough for concern. WILL the microscope tell if there is bacteria present in urine? Or should I request another culture, maybe of urine passed in the morning after sleep?

I also have most all common uncomfortable symptoms prostatitis has to offer. This is taking a toll on my way of life and I don't know where to turn. I appreciate any advise.
