Just bought and got my new unbranded android 5.1.1 head unit installed. I have some questions

I dont know what the model number is these are the only details I could find from the "about device" section.

I have a couple questions

1. What is the model number

2. where do I get the mcu rom to update the firmware

3. google now will not make voice calls when I say call "person" it acts liek its calling and goes to the phone app. then it just sits at the dialer screen.

4. any way to root this or install a custom rom. Since I don't know teh actual model number, im a bit confused.
