Problems with Facebook calendar sync

For the first few weeks with my Pixel, events that I'd RSVP'D to on Facebook were populating on my main Google calendar as normal events. At some point they disappeared and I can no longer find the Facebook calendar as an option in the calendar display list.

Has anybody else experienced this issue and found a fix for it? I've enabled the calendar option in Facebook's app permissions list with no effect.
