Senior level online English course needed
So I've been to USD (The University of South Dakota). I entered in 2008 and "graduated" in 2013.
I find out after I walked in the graduation, via mail, that I am short two classes. I had failed two classes. 2013 was not the best year for me, I was in and out of the hospital, so it didn't surprise me. But I was shocked.
Long story short, I took a few years off and have been bouncing around doing part-time jobs and living pretty steady. Finally I had confidence in myself to go back to school. I took an online course at Oxford University to match my Literary Criticism course that USD would accept. This one, actually.
The class is over and I passed (Whoo!). However, the director of English at USD is telling me that due to the Arts/Sciences policy it won't count towards my degree due to it being a pass/fail course.
Mind you, I triple checked with him before even enrolling in the course. So yes, I'm very miffed and annoyed, but I'm keeping my cool and trying to press on.
Currently I am playing email tag with him and another head of the English department at USD.
But just in case this ends up going not in my favor, I need to know of any online courses (One a high-level English course, the other a Literary Criticism course) I can take through a school so I can get my English degree and (attempt to) pursue my petty life goal of teaching overseas.

TL;DR: Anyone know of any accredited online English courses that aren't "pass/fail" I can take and transfer the credits to another school?
inb4: Why not take a class at a local college?
I prefer online due to my hectic schedule in and out of work.
