What contacts app does everyone use in here?

I'm on Pure Nexus 7.1.1. I'm really looking for a contacts that will only display local contacts or a way to trick Google contacts or the PN stock contact app into displaying local only even with Internet. I'm not going truecaller because they store all contacts on their servers.
