Worth buying chains for a weekend visit this weekend?

Driving an AWD/4WD Honda Pilot with 4 season tires, but id rather buy a decent set now than have to buy a crappy set from the side of the road if they're checking to see if we're carrying during an R2...

FWIW I got a decent set of 'diamond pattern' alpine sport chains.
