My screen is really dark during cutscenes. How do I fix?

I can't see anything during cutscenes because everything is so dark. I have the game brightness maxed out and my tv settings are fine. I'm on a Pro if that matters. For example, summoning cutscenes or that fire scene from the beginning of the game was extremely dark to the point where I couldn't see anything.
