2011 Mazda 3 air flow dialer not working correctly.

I noticed today (it was hot where I am, believe it or not), that the air pressure from the A/C was really low in the cabin. At first, I thought it was just a sign that the A/C unit might need some work. Then I noticed that I was feeling airflow at my feet when I had the A/C dialed to deliver air to the torso only.

Then I went through all the settings and noticed that the floor vents were very strong. Then I noticed that as I dialed through the settings, there weren't any noticeable differences as I dialed it from the floor vent to the torso/floor vent, then to the torso vent. While the dial is set for torso only, I can still feel the air blasting my feet.

Any ideas how to fix this?
