SmartThings Multipurpose Sensors with GH - What's the best way you've found?

I've done so much research on this (I always do before directly asking the community) and there seems to be about a hundred paths I could take to get to my goal: "Hey Google, Arm the House" "Hey Google, We're Home" and those simple phrases would arm/disarm the home monitor already running on my SmartThings.

But after so much research, I'm paralyzed with all the possible ways to make it happen.

Before I keep making myself crazy, I wanted to ask what you guys have found is the cleanest meanest way to make this work.
