Do you guys think solider is overpowered?

Not sure if I'm alone on this or not but after looking at the latest patch notes I haven't seen any nerfs to solider and I wondering does anyone else think he is a tiny bit overpowered at the moment.

I see him in almost every comp game I play and he is used loads in the esports scene. Does anyone else think he could use some changing?
