[Jpn][Fluff] Additional attack or crit on ssb vegetto

Im unsure what the most optimal levels for both would be. Do i want to be putting highest priority on crit since he already has 2 additional attacks, meaning he will have lvl15 crit and lvl11 additional attack ? Or do i just want to max out additional attack to 20 and only have 6 in crit ?
