Catching up with New Japan

So I hate to be that guy but I thought I would strike while the iron is hot.

I haven't watched New Japan since a few shows after WK8. I'm not looking to watch everything but could you guys please recommend me the main shows and arcs that I should get involved with and you guys feel are worth catching up on since? This year's G1 is the main thing I've been beating myself up about, but otherwise I'm not sure.

Thanks for any help!!
