Need some one who can make non european fake drivers license

Im an Asian looking fellow going to europe and long story short i need some one who can make either a Chinese, Hong Kong, Korean, Japanese (Hell even Kazakhtans will do i could pass for one of those) The reason is that im there only for 1 term and they have this rule that the first 180 days of residence you can keep on using your non european License Please guys much help appreciated

P.s i have no idea if what i asked if illegal in this forum, im kinda in a pickle here
