[ISO][ROOMATE] Roommate needed for 2BR Townhouse in Southwest Raleigh (Tryon/Gorman/Trailwood) - $720 Flat Rate

I own a townhouse, built in 2009, and have a spare room for rent. The house is right off of i40, on Tryon, around the corner from Trailwood and Gorman, respectively. It's about 5mi (15ish min) to downtown. 3mi (5-10ish min) to Crossroads/Cary. 25-30min to Downtown Durham, 15-20min to the Airport.

The whole place is a little over 1,300sq/ft, two floors, with the room for rent on 2nd floor at 11.8' x 11.9' and its own bathroom at 7.9' x ~7.11'

There is a connected garage that's used mostly for storage (unless you have a pretty small car), there's an attic for some storage as well. Otherwise, there's a single car driveway that I don't mind sharing, parking spots scattered around the very small block (but enough very close to the house that are usually always free, or just street parking is acceptable as long as you aren't blocked anyone in - tl;dr there's parking.

Communal areas downstairs are half bath, kitchen, living and dining space. I have a couch, couple chairs, tv, dining set...basically everything all set up, but your things would be welcome addition. Upstairs is the washer and dryer.

No pets, I'm sadly allergic or I'd be all for them.

The $720 would be beginning of each month, flat rate so everything is included (electric, water, internet, rent, etc). I don't have cable but I do have a funky antenna that gets your basic stuff.

I'm looking for someone as soon as Feb 1st! If that's too early but you are interested, we can talk... but my current roommate is moving out 2nd week of Jan and I'd like to have the place cleaned and be ready for the next person by Feb 1st.

About me: I'm 29 approaching 30, Artist, single, business owner. I don't party much at the house anymore, but not against it. I do stay up very late and sleep very late. If you're a programmer and want to make stuff together, I'd be down for that.
