What made you realize you needed to quit?
Did you have a moment of realization when it became obvious you needed to quit? Or was it a slow process?
I've been a marijuana smoker for ~4 years, been a daily smoker for ~2 years and frequent dabber for the last ~6 months. Lately I've been wondering whether I should take a step back, but frankly I know I'm relying on Cannabis to modulate my mood and "help me sleep." Yeah, there's some denial going on. Not quite ready to quit but not really in love with the lifestyle anymore...
Maybe some of your stories will help me reach that a-ha moment of knowing it's my time, too.
