Silentstrokes & L80's or a TD-25KV?

I live in a townhouse, so I can't play a normal acoustic kit. If given the choice, would you rather play a beginner-intermediate acoustic kit (i.e Tama Silverstar, Gretsch Catalina) with Silentstroke heads and L80 cymbals, or a mid-high end electronic such as a Roland TD-25 K/KV? I'm not sure which would give me the more enjoyable playing and practicing experience.

I play live very occasionally, and I would have to buy a set of real heads and cymbals should I choose the acoustic route.
