After Blue Screen Laptop Runs at Very Slow Rate with Low% of CPU Usage and 30% Memory

Hi r/techsupport, I really appreciate someone helping my last problem with VAIO Y Series Laptop, right now I don't know what causes it even with few searches it doesn't come up fixing it.

I let it borrow with sister to watch movies, as the lappy broke and BSoD it asked for a chkdsk run, I let it run and as it starts it looks good but as it run programs its so bad... I checked the cpu and mem as mentioned, and it doesn't seem its the problem...

I started Googling related to it and I can't seem to find the answer.

So far this is what I've done:

• chkdsk
• sfc scannow
• hdd check (which is still good)
• checking resource monitor "resmon" Maximum * 90%+

Do I need to re-check chkdsk? Also is defraging do something about it because right now I'm defraging it at a slow rate...
