Inconsistent Plug-in Results between version of Logic Pro X

I have a song where I use Native Instruments Guitar Rig 5 for the main guitar part. I am using a specific preset called Deep Dirty Pulse. The rhythm of it is very specific to the song and it seems like every other minor version of Logic seems to change that rhythm lately. Currently it's in correct.

I realize this is a stretch, but has anybody witnessed this kind of behavior with other plug-ins?
