The Celtic Event

So I have Twitch Prime, I'll get the event items free. My good friend doesn't have Amazon Prime so can't get it (can't do free trial either), I have some left over gems, can I somehow buy it for him with my gems? Like a code or somehow? I'd also like to get him the season ticket when that comes out.
