Should I ever invest in accidental damage replacement plans when purchasing components?

More specifically for the CPU. I may buy a CPU later today on newegg. There is an AIG CPU Accidental Damage Replacement Plan, for $25. I don't want to have unnecessary expenditures, but I want to play it smart. I have heard that CPUs aren't very hard to damage. Is this true? Is it then worth it to invest in this? Here's what I'm looking at getting: Intel Core i5-6600 6M Skylake Quad-Core 3.3 GHz LGA 1151 65W BX80662I56600 Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 530. Is this a decent processor? I don't necessarily feel a need to overclock. I plan on pairing it with either a RX 480, or a GTX 1060. Haven't quite decided on that yet though. Anyway, thanks a bunch. Thanks a bunch for continuously answering my somewhat ignorant questions, I really appreciate all of the advice I have received from you all.
