Thinkpad Yoga 12 does not turn on

I bought a secondhand yoga off of someone on Reddit and it's been amazing up until today. I tried removing the batter and using the AC adaptor but all that happens is that the red light on the i turns on for four seconds and that's it. Is there a way I can fix this? My winter semester just started and it would just suck if I had to go through without a computer.
