Has anyone recently been experiencing really bad ping spikes? (Xbox, UK)

For the last three days, the game has been basically unplayable for me because my ping will spike from about 40 (what it normally is) to about 100, back to 40, then 200, then 40, then 400 etc. It's really wild and it lasts 90% of the game.

I thought it was my internet connection but all connected devices are running fine. I tried playing Overwatch and didn't experience any lag. I wish there was another game I had that displayed ping :/

Anyone else experiencing anything like this recently?
