Anyone else had a wired bug with external data tables is the latest version O365 excel? Removing the 1st col and refreshing messed up my table.
To recreate this issue; open a new workbook, get external data from an e.g an SQL view. Sort the table on any column to change the initial order. Delete the 1st column, refresh the table.
What I am seeing is excel adding back a column with the same name as the original column 2, and replacing all the row data to the right with the data from the view but in the original sort order.
This bug (I think) just stated after Xmas in the most recent build from O366 excel.
Anyone else seeing this? Any clues on a fix?
