Realvision and SE

Hi reddit! I have been away from skyrim and thought to restart for the special edition. Though, when I started the vanilla special edition I was deceived by the graphic fidelity, as I have used realvision and mods most of the time.

After so many time after SE release, is there finally a way to get graphics/NPC to look at least nearly as good as vanilla with realvision and mods? Thanks!
