BM Hunter question about stats

So I'm trying to get my stats all sorted out after just using the highest ilvl gear (for the most part). So my question is how much haste should i ideally be shooting for? currently have 77% Mastery, 13% Haste, and 32% Crit. I feel like I have way too much crit and way not enough haste
