Are these all the Time Lords who are confirmed to have been offworld during DOTD?

Iris Wildthyme - Confirmed in Buyer's Remorse (she has an online conversation with the Doctor)

Mortimus/the Monk - Confirmed in The Persistence of Memory

The Master - Confirmed in Utopia

John - As of Beware the Trods, he was a professor at Zebadee University, and thus there's no logical reason he'd be on Gallifrey.

The Doctor - Rather self-explanatory...

Salyavin/Chronotis - He probably is still teaching, and there's no reason, at all, for him to have returned to Gallifrey.

Did I miss anyone?
