I need to see your pool records

This is from a few years ago. I had completely forgot about it until it showed up in a newsfeed of mine.

The property I was working at had an indoor pool. Largest in the area. If something was wrong with, the world was ending, but I'm sure you all know that.

Our maintenance department was responsible for checking the chlorine levels every day, and once a month a pool guy would come look at it. All records were kept locked in the managers office.

I was working a 3-11 and just as I was getting ready to close the pool for the night a man comes up to the desk in his speedo.

Speedo Man: I need to see your pool records. NOW! Me: I'm sorry sure. That is not something that I have readily available. They are in the GMs office and he will be in tomorrow morning

SM: that's bullshit. I need them now.

Me: I can tell you the pool gets checked in the mornings by our maintenance team and once a month a professional pool man comes to do work on it. Is there something I can help with?

SM: you pool has completely ruined my good eye

(I'm totally lost at this point)

Me: well it is chlorinated and I know with it being indoor it can be overwhelming for some people.

SP: no. That's not it. I can't see out if my good eye

The man then takes out his glass eye, puts it on the desk and starts to walk away.

I'm left dumbfounded and speechless

Speedo Man comes back, puts his eye back in and storms off

The first thing I thought was "did we disinfect the counter after the puppy was up there? He just popped that back in without even caring"
