Scary Encounter with a criminal

I was at TSB bank in the UK and while I was depositing some spare cash I had I heard gunshots and everyone had to get down the people came in with guns and 2 went behind the counter so everyone including me was stuck inside after a few minutes when the others were in the back on of the old lady's who were working there came out from behind the counter with baseball bat and knocked one of the robbers out but the other person who was on watch shot her lucky for that lady she survived about 5 minutes later I could hear police sirens outside calling through a megaphone asking for demands since they had us hostages and they said there demands through on of the phones inside the bank after 15 minutes of negotiating 3 people came from the back room and said "it's ready" and I guess from that they escaped using a tunnel or something because after the robbers had left some police sirens went of and police men came charging in only one of the criminals got caught
