Good price for a 2013 Chevy Sonic base model? (x-post /r/usedcars)

This is going to be my first car purchase so I just want to make sure I don't get ripped off. Dealership is offering a 2013 Chevy Sonic for 7.2k, 8.1k after fees. Carfax as well as other websites suggest that its valued at just over 9k. 8.1k was the first price they gave me and im just a bit skeptical as to why they would start off at what seems like such a good deal.

Clean title, windshield was just replaced, no power windows or side mirrors. About 65k miles. Few scuffs on the bumper and overall looks like its in good condition.
