Batch processing raw files only?

I have a few hard drives worth of raw pictures I need to convert to jpegs, but the photographer already converted some of the subfolders to jpeg, while others he left raw. Is there an easy way to tell photoshop to convert the raw photos only, and not re process and re save the jpegs?
